About

Hi, I’m Madison. I am a Graphic Designer with a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design, who began working professionally immediately after graduation. I am an artist who values variation in my work and enjoys creating brand identities that are tailored to specific audiences and drive user interaction. Throughout my education, I gained extensive experience in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, and basic HTML coding through Dreamweaver.

My professional design experience began with personal projects and freelance commissions for logos, posters, advertising materials, and apparel when I was a teenager and young adult. I expanded my portfolio after college during my time at iFLO, where I served as the Social Media Manager and sole content creator from March 2024 to April 2025. Following that role, I joined The Restaurant People where I currently work as a Graphic Designer and Media Coordinator. In that position I created menus, flyers, digital ads, print ads, and event assets, while also managing the social media for their restaurant Java & Jam. My responsibilities online included producing video content, coordinating photoshoots, and developing content calendars that follow trends to strengthen brand presence in the local market. I take pride in being able to transform nearly any idea into something polished, engaging, and marketable.

On a personal level, I am passionate about the outdoors and staying active. I enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, golfing, and hunting, and I rarely turn down an opportunity to explore nature. In my daily life I enjoy watching films, listening to and playing music, gaming, creating things by hand, and keeping a productive routine at home with my cat Peanut. I attended a performing arts magnet high school that strengthened my long-standing love of music. I play twelve instruments, enjoy singing, and have acted in a few stage productions. I am also a dedicated film enthusiast with a particular appreciation for animated filmmaking. I drew inspiration from studios such as Disney and Pixar throughout my early life, and I worked at Walt Disney World in 2022 through the Disney College Program. That experience helped refine my skills in customer service, branding awareness, and visual presentation, especially in the areas of product display and guest interaction.
